                   intrapreneurship is the process of profitability and creating innovation within an organizational setting.  it is the creation of brilliant ideas that a firm/organization can benefit from . one of a great intrapreneur is ken kutaragi who invented play station and was working in sony's sound lab , he came about the invention when he bought his daughter a nintendo game console. watching her play he was dismayed by the sound effects , he realized that a digital chip dedicated solely to sound would improve the quality of the games he then developed SPC7000 for the next generation of nintendo machines which caused a risk on his job as he was nearly fired! he helped sony develop its own gaming system , which became the playstation .

              One of the most important characteristics of a successful entrepreneur is to be a high achiever?
              took the quiz and glad to know that i am high achiever as i take personal responsibility of my actions and not rely on others . as a high achiever and positive towards challenges from other competitors.

what entrepreneurship is all about

        entrepreneurship is all about ideas and innovation, its all about making it happen , there are are many good innovations that never reach their potential market, there are even more ideas that are never realized and many of them are very good . its all about execution and making it happen . in entrepreneurship you would have to think outside the box and be very creative , one must not sit and wait to be employed by the government or any sort of organisation instead learn to be self-employed by creating a job for oneself .
            there are some myths concerning entrepreneurship which are not true;  and one which says entrepreneurs are born and not made which is false however, the recognition of entrepreneurship as a discipline is helping to dispel this myth.
secondly, there is a myth that entrepreneurs are always inventors which is false  although many inventors are entrepreneurs ,numerous entrepreneurs encompass all sorts of innovative activity for example roy kroc did not invent the fast-food franchise , but his innovative ideas made McDonald's the largest fast-food enerprise in the world.
yet another myth is says that all entrepreneurs need is money which is not true despite the fact that a venture needs capital to survive ; it is also that a large number of business failures occur because of a lack of adequate financing . however , money is not the only bulwark against failure , poor investment and poor planning also causes failure . money alone is not what entrepreneurs need.
